In a suit for breach of contract, common law fraud, and consumer fraud based on plaintiff's purchase of a three-flat building from the defendants, judgment in favor of the plaintiff on the breach of contract claim is affirmed over claim that Count I of the second amended complaint failed to allege a claim upon which relief could be granted.
