plaintiff's purchase of a three-flat building from the defendants,
judgment in favor of the plaintiff on the breach of contract claim
is affirmed over claim that Count I of the second amended complaint
failed to allege a claim upon which relief could be granted.
Judgement in favor of the defendants on the common law fraud and
consumer fraud claims is affirmed where the trial court's decision
